I'm guessing shoppee has some kind of scam going. Refunds from returned packages keep the money for up to 15 days or more in some cases. I am faced with the same problem. Returned saying my address is incorrect yet 100s of packages are sent to my address each week. It's a condo and easily identifiable. Yet for some reason my stuff bought is returned and I just purchased it again while I wait several weeks for a refund of what was returned. Had to be a scam of some kind to make you buy again or gain them interest on your money while waiting refund.
